All shipping happens in my home studio. I usually like to ship within 1-4 days of receiving the order. During peak sale times shipping times may vary.
All Canadian orders are shipped using regular mail with Canada Post. Shipping times can vary. Please allow 4 - 15 days for delivery on orders.
United States Shipping
All U.S. orders are shipped with USPS regular air mail. Shipping times can vary. Please allow 6 - 18 business days for shipping to the U.S. All US parcels are tracked, you should receive an email with a tracking number once the parcel is en route.
All other international orders are shipped Regular Air Mail. Shipping times can vary. Please allow up to 1.5 - 3.5 weeks for delivery to all international destinations. Please note: Not all European countries have a package tracking option, Beaton is not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.
Depending on your country of origin Customs processing can delay delivery. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update once the package has shipped.

For non pre orders processing time is 1-3 business days.
When will my pre order ship?
This depends on the item. All ESTIMATED ship dates are listed on each pre order listing. These estimated ship dates are just that, an estimate. They are subject to change depending on material, labour, shipping, pick up availability. We do try our best to make an accurate estimate. If you're unsure of the dates, they are listed on the listing and change there if the estimate has changed.
BEATON is not responsible for return shipping if customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal code.
Are shipping times guaranteed?
We do not guarantee arrival times on international shipments.
What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?
Once parcels are collected from our studio they are then property of Canada Post. BEATON is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required. When we can we track all packages to prevent this from happening.
What are the taxes and duties I will have to pay?
This depends on your country.

We are a small business, trying to operate fluidly and offer the best garments possible. Our production runs are completed in small runs and as we grow, we do not feel we can guarantee sizes to be exchanged.

We happily offer shop credit for returned garments within 30 days of receiving your order. See 'returns' section below.
All sale items are FINAL SALE, we do not offer returns/refunds/exchanges on sale items.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before you ship items you would like to exchange for shop credit. We do not cover shipping costs on returned items but do offer free shipping on orders over 250$ from our home studio. This includes orders using a credit from a returned item.

Upon delivery and inspection of garment at the BEATON studio, a shop credit will be issued with email confirmation.
Cleaning and Restocking Fees
We reserve the right to charge cleaning fees and restocking fees on returned goods. If your item is returned to us with dirt, debris, or smell (excessive pet hair, etc.) you will be notified, sent images, and issued a store credit minus a 20% cleaning fee. If your item is returned with stains or smoke smell, it will be returned to you and will be considered final sale. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, the package must be tracked.
